DESCRIPTION:Playing the Ponies 101\, a Fan Education Event will be a fun and interactive event as some of our Race Track Personalities provide insights in to the Basics of Horse Racing.\n\n\n\nDuring this event you will learn:\n\n\n	How to Read & Understand the Program\n	Understanding what "Pari-Mutuel" means and how the Odds work\n	The Different Types of Wagers\n	How to Make a Wager\n\n\nGates open at 5:00 p.m. and the First Race is at 6:35 p.m. Please arrive by 6:00 p.m. in order to experience all of the interactive activities.\n\nCost to attend is $20 plus tax and includes:\n\n\n	Admission\n	$5 Wagering Voucher\n	Program\n	Welcome Appetizers\, water & tea\n	'Track Pack' with a coupon good for a return visit in 2026\n\n\nCash bar is available in the event room for sodas & alcoholic beverages.  You have the option to purchase the buffet day of through the bartender.
