Bill Lynch, president of Comsel Communication, writes, consults and speaks on customer acquisition and revenue growth for small to mid-sized businesses. Lynch shares his recipe for success in helping small business owners develop business plans, deal with the financial realities of small business, and clarify the roles of cold calling and networking. He assists small business owners in understanding the value of a new customer and how much to invest to acquire one. Lynch teaches people the need to trust yourself to produce high value results and offers solutions on how to do so. Lynch bought a failing Minuteman Press franchise in 2006 averaging $5,000 a month and turned it into a million dollar business, increasing revenue more than 16 times in a 5-year period. Prior to his franchise purchase, Lynch was President and CEO of a $20 million company manufacturing and importing cleaning products for major retailers and janitor supply distributors. Lynch spent over 40 years in sales, marketing and senior management positions. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of business. He frequently speaks for various audiences including Chambers of Commerce, Service Clubs, Networking Organizations and Continuing Education Classes.
