Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Sales Producer, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Licensed Sales Producer will be responsible for driving sales by identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts. The individual will also participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Insurance and a valid TDI P&C license
- Sales and prospecting skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and professional development
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in basic computer software and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
